Choose your plan

Pay for your chosen plan and pick your start date to gain access to dedicated tools and support.

Install the app

​24 hours before the start date of your plan, you will receive an email link to download the app, and instructions for its use.

The app is active right away, so you can prepare - review recipes, plan upcoming meals, generate a shopping list, do groceries.

Fill out a questionnaire

After paying for the plan, you receive a questionnaire via email that will help me get to know you better and personalize the plan to your current eating habits and goals.

Start working towards your goals!

Enjoy complete freedom, flexibility and a diet without restrictions.

You become your own dietician - you decide what you eat today, how many meals, at what times, etc.

And in addition, you receive support in a closed group and, depending on the plan, from me directly.
